Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups.
- Troubleshoot HVAC issues quickly and accurately.
- Educate homeowners on repair options, system performance, and replacement recommendations when appropriate.
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing G4 Electrical, Plumbing & Air professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience servicing residential HVAC systems.
- EPA Certification (required).
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, mini-split systems, and air quality products.
- NATE Certification is a plus.
- Sales experience or the ability to present repair and replacement options is a plus.
